Planet Rail Valentine’s Day Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
This offer is available to customers who make a booking for two people on our Belmond Britannic Explorer trips to Cornwall, Wales, or the Lake District. Valid on trips from July 2025 through to 2026. Selected dates only.

Discount: £250 off per person when booking a Suite. £500 off per person when booking a Grand Suite. Discount will automatically be applied to the booking at checkout and is based on two people travelling together.

Booking Deadline: The booking must be made before 23:59 on Friday 14th February 2025 to qualify for this discount. Any bookings made after this date will not be eligible for the offer.

Non-Transferable: This offer is personal to the customer booking and is non-transferable.

No Cash Alternative: The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

Limited Offer: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Once all available discounts have been claimed, the offer will no longer be available.

Changes to Booking: If any changes are made to a booking after the discount is applied, the discount may be voided or adjusted, depending on the terms of the new booking.

Exclusions: The discount may not apply to certain ticket types, products, or services as determined by the company.

Payment: The discount will only be applied to the final price after taxes, fees, and any other applicable charges.

Liability: The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise from participating in the offer or using the ticket purchased with the discount.

Cancellation: If the ticket is cancelled, the £500 discount will not be refunded.
