In light of the ongoing pandemic we would like to reassure our customers that we are closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19). In our efforts to put at ease any worries our customers may have, we will be following the advice provided by the Foreign,  Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

It is worth highlighting that when travelling overseas, you may experience an increase in monitoring and preventative measures related to Coronavirus. Many airports and stations have introduced passenger screening to proactively manage the virus and onward transmission, alongside some hotels. This can only be seen as a positive step in reducing the risk to travellers. While our partners across the globe are also helping to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information.

Our customers’ health and safety remains our top priority when making any decisions related to Coronavirus and our tailor-made holidays for 2021.

Flexible booking policy

We have introduced a flexible booking policy which allows you to change your holiday to a new date any time before your balance is due.
Subject to availability at hotels and on cruises, flights and trains.
If your holiday is cancelled by us due to the pandemic or for any other reason, then we will offer you a refund or the option re-book for a new departure date.

Europe

Many countries in Europe are now accessible to fully-vaccinated UK citizens, including France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
Some countries still require tests pre-departure and you will currently need a test before you return to the UK.
We are keeping fully up-to-date with the developments and adhering to FCDO and UK Public Health guidance.

Some of our European and Worldwide tailor-made holidays are now able to continue as planned.
Any changes to the current situation will be communicated directly to our customers and updated on our website.
